This also called as “project management office”. Also mini office of “program Manager”

Responsibility of PMO:
1. Delivery of quotes
2. Project/Product budget
3. Data preparation to senior management
3. PMO is “horizontal office”, who will collect data required to see the status of the projects/programs
4. They will interface “project managers” and/or senior managers as well as customers
5. Care need to be taken to take care of PMO team, and need keep this smaller team always motivated
6. See that task are clearly defined and process is set-up for easy process of PMO
