Do’nt say "yes", when you want to say "No"

May be title show “Dale Carnage’s” self help book title, but
I am not discussing about the same.

There are loads of issues need to be followed up by PM (Project Manager),, before I start let us discuss about what is project?

Project has few parameters like “Scope, Quality “, “Time lines”

As the timeline increases, work will expand. AS scope increases, time lines increases. Quality of project is also proportional to both.

Increase in “scope” is called as Scope creep. AS PM, need to monitor, control, and track, he/she should able say “NO” , to keep the project in control.
