Team Member


As manager I have dealt with high performance team members, very knowledgeable. Teams were built with dedication, un-biased (most of the times). Also team members were selected based on their fitment to the job/project, capacity. The selection is always made by the team, we see if the new team member, will have complementary skills, who can add value. Sometimes his/her fitment is highest priority than technical skills and capabilities.
