As you know Resume/CV is main stuff for showcasing your talent and skills set. People look at certification and work exp suite their requirement.
1. Rewrite resume from scratch, as if you have lost.
2. Get this reviews from several people.
3. Make sure resume covers all skill set.
4. Aim for maximum four pages
5. First page should provide high skills, education, certifications, work exp, international exp
6. Add few lines in latest technical skills
7.Add the current role and responsible position
8. Delete old versions of software. Add product, process, tools you have used
9. No repetition in the exp, if you have worked on same role in different projects club them.
10. Use judgement and rewrite so that it is understandable by recruiting teams.
