Transferncy is key

As you might already know the key objective of Transferncy and trust will keep relationship and work-related bonding.

The above will enhance work and life balance.

The teams needs some space. You have to allthem to fail. And then help them if  you can guide where they wrong.

Micro-management and too much escalation will degrade other persons capacity and motivation levels. People will hide and support, when you are bad not helping.

People come to person., whenyou can help. Open-culture can help organization to grow.
