Health is always wealth

Eat  a apple a day, keeps the doctor away.

This is altogether a different topic in this blog.

  • Regular health checkup will show you problems with your health. Believe me that will help in finding issues.
  • After health checkup do get daily check on eating habits.
  • Yoga and daily walking help 
  • Breathing exercises or pranayam can help body and mind in control.
